This power session will serve as a time of impartation and refreshing for those who serve in church leadership. Effective leaders must first be confident in who they are and who God has called them to be. This session will raise the leader’s awareness of the purpose of the power they have been entrusted. The facilitator will discuss the importance of personal devotion as well as balance in sustaining a life and “leader type” that enables them to lead to the glory of God.
