Sunday School Registration Form

The Cathedral Sunday School provides a welcoming Christian environment where students receive a solid Biblically-based Christian education that’s relevant for today. Our lessons strengthen faith, encourage growth, equip for life and under gird the vision of the Bishop and Church mission. Classes for all ages are held every Sunday from 8:30am – 9:30am in the Family Life Enrichment Center (FLEC). Breakfast is served. Come and be blessed. Note: If you are under the age of 18 years old, YOU MUST get written permission from your parent and/or your guardian.

SECTION 1: PARENTAL AGREEMENT STATEMENT
As a parent whose child will attend Cathedral International Sunday School, I agree to partner with the Christian Education Ministry and my child's teacher in training him/her up in the way that they should go, so that when they are old, they will not depart from it.
As the parent partner, I agree to:
- 1. Regularly bring my son/daughter to Sunday School; and pick them up in a timely manner
- 2. Ensure that my child is prepared with his/her POPS - Pencil, Offering, Paper and Sword (The Bible)
- 3. Contribute one case of small waters within the school year
- 4. Encourage my child in their study of the Word of God and prayer.
