Children's Church “Little Saints in the House” - (Ages 3-7) – ext. 1824 "Ministry to children" is what takes place in Children's Church. Leaders are deliberate in their efforts to teach children how to include God in their whole life experience. Their mission is to teach children ages 4 - 7 the fundamentals of worship, lead them into a meaningful, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and guide them in nurturing and developing that relationship. Chosen Generation (Junior Church - Ages 8-12) ext. 1822
Chosen Generation Services are designed to develop leadership skills, self-confidence and dedication to Christian living among adolescents. These services include singing, dancing, arts and crafts and relevant bible teaching.

Xtreme Church (Ages 13 - 21) - ext. 1129
This monthly worship service integrates traditional worship with contemporary expression is an edifying, emancipating, educating and evangelizing tool led by our Youth and College Students.

Teen Church Asbury Park (ages 13 - 17) ext. 1129
Teen Church Asbury Park (ages 13 - 17) ext. 1129 Young people ages 12 through 17 attend Teen Church while regular services are being. Their teen church service is a replica of what happens at The Cathedral, with a biblically-based teen-age flava.

New Generation Teen Bible Study - ext. 1129
This bible study is designed for teens and covers a variety of relevant topics helping teens to apply the Word of God to their daily lives and foster the development of a close relationship with Jesus Christ

New Generation Teen Fellowship (First Friday's) - ext. 1129
This monthly fellowship is filled with a variety of activities from roller skating, bowling, game nights, and a powerful bible study! New Generation is a safe place for teens to mature in their relationship with Christ, cultivate friendships, and participate in healthy activities.

The Acolyte ministry prepares young people for life-long service in the Kingdom of God through discipline, servanthood and stewardship.

New Jersey Orators (Ages 5 - 21) - ext. 1842
NJ Orators at The Cathedral is a local chapter of the statewide non profit organization (New Jersey Orators). They strive to improve the public speaking skills of students between the ages of 7 and 18, thereby increasing their self-confidence, leadership skills and ability to maximize career choices and academic success. Students who take part in NJ Orators always speak with eloquence, have knowledge of their subject matter, and are comfortable in who they are.

Nursery Ministry (up to age 3) - ext. 1845
This ministry is certainly more than just a baby sitting experience. They impressively implement a Bible curriculum that helps young children understand the "basics" of Jesus Christ. The teaching they receive "plants the seed" that grows as they are continually nourished with the Word of God. The ministry to "little people" is located in a loving, warm and welcoming environment. Parents also volunteer to assist in this ministry.
Available every Sunday at all services. Located in the inner atrium of The Cathedral in Perth Amboy.
Kingdom Dancers (Ages 4 - 17) ext. 1837
This ministry goes forth in dance expressions of worship that are holy, and dedicated to God. They usher in God's presence and makes His praise glorious. "Let them praise his name in the dance" Psalm 149:3

The Youth Doorkeepers serve the worshipping congregation. The duties of an usher include meeting, greeting, and seating worshippers entering into sanctuary; providing worshippers with church related materials and attending to the needs of the members and visitors. Members of the Ushering Ministry are committed and dedicated to the cause of Christ and represent the general character of the church. "I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than to dwell in the tents of wickedness." Psalm 84:10
Youth Ushers serve every 3rd Sunday at all services in all locations.
Nailah Girl's Mentoring Ministry - ext. 1859
The objective of Nailah is to have the older, Christian women help nurture and develop young girls ages 13 through 18. Seven areas of discipline are concentrated on with the final result being a Rites of Passage program for the young girls. The areas of discipline are: Spirituality, Family-hood/History, Sexuality/Hygiene, Creativity, Financial Management/Careers, Etiquette and Social Grace, Housekeeping/Community.

The Khalfani Ministry is a mentoring program for boys from age 5-17. The ministry uses a group mentoring approach to teach them how to become Godly men and productive members of their community.
