This ministry is concerned with the new member. They make certain new members are trained, familiarized with every aspect of the ministry and stay connected to The Cathedral family. The Discipleship Ministry coordinates all new member's classes, baptismal classes and Right Hand of Fellowship ceremonies.

This ministry was started by the late Elder Robert Chapman. Intercessory Prayer Group exists to lace every aspect of ministry with prayer. They pray while services are being conducted. They pray for others and they support and pray for the vision of Bishop Hilliard. Prayer is also conducted each morning at 6:00 AM at the church and is conducted by the elders. All are welcome to attend.

The Hospitality/Greeters Ministry at The Cathedral does an exceptional job in making church members and visitors feel welcome. They are the initial contact of "The Cathedral Experience." They set the tone by greeting everyone with friendly hearts and warm, loving spirits.

Mercy House provides dry food goods, clothing and referral assistance for all who are in need regardless of race, age or income. Please watch the video above to witness the testimonies of those who have been served by the Mercy House. The Mercy House is open Tuesday - Friday 10 am - 2pm. On the third Thursday of every food packages are distributed to registered clients. Emergency packages are given to anyone who provides a referral letter from an agency in the community. All other emergencies are handled depending of the availability of donations given to the Mercy House Pantry. Clothes are distributed every day of the week except on the week of food distribution. The mission of Cathedral Productions is to bring glory to God and to bless His people as we support the vision and mission of The Cathedral International. This is accomplished through the use of audio, video and computer technologies. The ministry responsibilities include: enhancing the live worship experience and special events through video projection and sound reinforcement; capturing the live worship experience and other events on video and audiotapes for the purpose of broadcasting, church history and duplication for evangelism and sale; duplicating and selling the audio and videotapes, books and other items; promoting upcoming events and ministry activities; and reaches the masses via internet, radio and other media outlets.
