The Donald Hilliard, Jr. Community Affairs Complex is located at 205 Smith Street, Perth Amboy, NJ. The Complex serves as the main administrative hub of Cathedral International. Additionally, Early Morning Corporate prayer (Wednesdays at 5:30 am), "Heart of the Matter" Noon Day Services (Wednesdays), and Bible Study (Wednesdays at 7 pm) are held in this location.
